We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic team. If you are energetic, compassionate, and love working with children, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Kendall, outpatient pediatric office (with morning travel to nearby locations as needed)

- Are available and willing to travel in the mornings to provide therapy services in nearby settings
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement therapy activities to support speech, language, and communication development
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and responsiveness to individual patient needs
- Use evidence-based practices to promote communication skills and support functional outcomes
- Modify activities based on progress and communicate effectively with the supervising SLP
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist with patient assessments and track progress
- Uphold ethical and legal standards of care
- Stay current with developments in pediatric speech-language pathology
Qualifications:
- Licensed SLPA in the state of Florida
- Proven experience in speech-language therapy, preferably in pediatrics
- Strong foundation in speech and language development and therapy techniques
- Excellent communication skills, especially with children and their families
- Comfortable with healthcare documentation systems and basic tech tools
- Associate’s degree in SLPA or equivalent education required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Medicaid number (or willingness to obtain one)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, liability insurance
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
