At Bilingual Therapies of South Florida, we are passionate about helping children reach their highest potential through movement and play. Our team is multidisciplinary, bringing together Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy professionals in a collaborative environment focused on pediatric care. We provide therapy in a warm, family-centered outpatient setting designed for children ages 1 to 18.
Location: Kendall, outpatient pediatric ages 1-18
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an educated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, motivated, and excited to work in pediatrics. If you're a PTA, you’ll work under the direction of a PT to implement treatment plans that help children build strength, improve mobility, and gain independence.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out therapeutic interventions as directed by a licensed PT
- Guide and motivate pediatric patients through exercises and activities
- Modify techniques as needed to suit individual progress and comfort
- Document treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
- Apply current research and best practices in pediatric physical therapy
- Maintain high ethical standards and patient confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Participate in evaluations, progress tracking, and interdisciplinary collaboration
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
- Experience in pediatrics strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of functional training, motor development, and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competence in basic healthcare technology and electronic documentation
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (PTA) or DPT (PT)
