Compensation: Competitive hourly rate $45-$55/hr; W-2 or 1099 options available (DOE)

About the Role
We’re seeking a compassionate, organized Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide school-based therapy services. You’ll deliver direct therapy, support progress monitoring, and collaborate closely with the supervising SLP and campus teams to keep services seamless for students and families.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct treatment for PK–12 students per IEPs (group and individual).
- Collect data and document sessions in district/agency systems on time.
- Support ARD/IEP processes with progress updates and teacher/parent input.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and related service providers.
- Prepare therapy materials aligned to goals; uphold compliance and confidentiality.
- Communicate consistently with the supervising SLP for guidance and sign-off.
What You’ll Need
- Active Texas SLPA license in good standing.
- School-based experience preferred (internship/clinicals count).
- Strong documentation, time-management, and collaboration skills.
- Comfort working across diverse student needs; bilingual Spanish-English a plus.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a student-centered mindset.
