Deli Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of deli products. Duties

• Prepare and serve deli items, including meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches, in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the deli area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist customers with their selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and upselling products when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Follow all company policies regarding food handling and sanitation practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurant environments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in the food industry, including knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively to meet customer demands.
