Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example in upholding all company safety protocols
- Analyze, inspect, maintain, and repair all solar-module manufacturing equipment in facility
- Continuously monitor and improve the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and other KPIs as directed
- Maintain all solar module manufacturing equipment and keep meticulous records of equipment performance, equipment/part failures, machine downtime, and solutions/corrective actions to problems to create a detailed and accessible database of Lessons Learned
- Guide, train, and coach new equipment technicians in proper machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Cooperate and work with cross-functional departments as needed.
- Must know MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be able to read and understand IEC prints
- PLC experience (AB, Seimens)
- Strong sense of responsibility/ownership and excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be able to adapt and respond to the ever-changing demands for the companies need.
- Excellent creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to mentor / train junior members of the staff
- Must be a self-starter, must take the lead in your development with equipment.
