Crew Leader, Lawn Maintenance

Company: Truvine Grounds Maintenance, formerly Bikini Groundskeeping, provides high quality commercial and residential lawn service and landscape projects to our customers.

Job Description: Your main responsibilities will be leading a crew of two to three for top quality lawn maintenance which meets our company standards for every job. Some days could also involve solo work. Quality and reliability are a must for our company! On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to master high quality work for mowing, trimming, edging, hedge trimming, and leading crew members to complete daily routes. As a crew leader, you will assure jobs are completed to our high standards as well as daily maintenance of equipment. A drivers license and clean driving record is required to operate company vehicles.

We offer a professional environment and a favorable work schedule. Overtime opportunities are available most weeks but not required. Paid time off is accumulated per hours worked.

Requirements and Qualifications: We are seeking hard working, high energy individuals that love the outdoors and a bit of freedom while helping create a fun work environment for gratification of jobs well done at the end of each day. Most of all, our business is built on quality and dependability, so your reliability and attention to detail is a must. You will have completed a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and leadership skills. You will have demonstrated strong skills in dependability, eagerness to carry out the standards of our company, time management, and will be willing to put in the hard work and eagerness for growth within the company.
