Bike Shop Sales Associate

We'll keep it simple by saying we are a small business that is growing and needing help filling a key role. We focus on keeping our customers moving on their existing bikes or finding the perfect one for their needs, no matter the terrain or budget they come in with. This shop is more people-focused than anything else, building and loving the community we are in.

Required traits:

• People-person; Can easily talk to new people and build relationships
• Passionate and knowledgeable about bikes
• Able to perform and explain routine maintenance on bicycles
• Flexible in a small business work environment
• Basic computer and organizational skills

Ideal traits:

• Proficient bicycle maintenance
• Experience in bicycle and/or retail industry

Our business hours are Wednesday (10a-6p) through Saturday (9a-4p) to allow proper work-life balance for staff. This position has to be able to work some combination of these days. We are specifically looking for help on evenings and Saturdays, but more hours are easily an option.
