What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at BIK Boom Trucks LLC?
About Us: BIK Boom Trucks LLC is a service and repair facility that specializes in repairing and maintaining truck mounted loading/unloading equipment such as, articulating knuckle cranes, boom trucks, and truck mounted forklifts.
The Position: The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, telephone switchboard, mail/courier, filing, preparation of written correspondence, meetings/appointments, making travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, photocopying, faxing, daily administrative maintenance duties, assisting with shop errands and assisting Parts Department as well as other various duties that may arise.
Requirements:
- Punctual, reliable, self-motivated.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to comprehend and follow direction in a timely manner.
- Personable and approachable.
- Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment.
- MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
