Lead SCCM

Responsibilities:

1. Expertise in Windows Powershell scripting.

2. Expertise in SQL Scripting.

3. Able to write queries in sccm to extract desired output.

4. Expertise in SCCM Reporting.

5. Deep understanding and expertise in SCCM Tool. Must be able to debate with the client on the technical front and explain the finding appropriately.

6. Deep understanding of Cloud Management Gateway and its various reporting parameters.

7. Performing Windows Server & End Points Patching. Able to quickly identify problematic assets for remediation. Able to write uptime query, must be able to query a patch across the environment and identify assets missing critical patch. Must understand and prioritize Zero Day Patching and Critical Patching Remediation in 24 to 72 Hrs timeframe.

8. Understanding & Expertise of Windows 10 OS Upgrade Build Process - OS Image as well as Inplace upgrade of win10 machines. Understanding of Windows 11 Upgrade, as this will soon to be rolled out in the environment by this year-end.

9. Understanding & Expertise in Bitlocker Deployment.

10. Ability to create packages and deployment for various different applications like O365 office upgrade from Office 2016, Ring Central, Acrobat Reader, etc.

11. Ability to write complex task sequences, perform testing, and schedule deployments.

12. Understanding SCCM Certs required for communication.

13. Understanding of DMZ Environement.

14. Designing, Planning, and Implementing System Center Configuration Manager, such as:

• Planning System Center Configuration Manager hierarchy and site system roles.
• Creating and managing Boundary Groups across one or more Distribution Points.
• Management of site communications. (Bandwidth, Senders, Secondary Sites, etc.)
• Role-Based Administration: Managing custom roles and security scopes
• Planning and securing SCCM using security certificates.
• General monitoring of site health via SSRS, log files, and the SCCM console.
• Planning, configuring and implementing a backup plan to mitigate the loss of SCCM services in the

event of a disaster with the least amount of data loss possible.

• Manage Upgrades: 2012 to Current Branch o In-Console Upgrades
• Client Agent Upgrades ü Manage and configure User and Device collections including:
• Creating query-based collections o Configuring Site Collection Maintenance Windows
• Configuring Power Management Rules ü Deploying Operating System Images (primarily Windows 10)

via SCCM OSD. This includes:

• Configuring WDS, configuring PXE, configuring the VM build environment, and integrating with MDT
• Build / Capture / Update Windows 10 images o Manage images (updating of Drivers, etc.)
• Creating Distribution Points and distributing the images accordingly
• Creating a deployment Task Sequence and deploying the Task Sequence
• Creating Packages for Operating System Deployments.
• Deployment of Applications and Software Updates including:
• Creating and deploying applications with user device affinity, compliance settings, Software Centre

and task sequencing. Direct involvement in procurement projects (Workstations, Laptops, Mobile
Devices), including lifecycle input for consideration in accordance with the Eurofins Technology
Roadmap;

• Global project management with regards to image and software deployment, consisting of approved

design and piloting before rollout;

• Manages/runs/improves the global Eurofins software packaging factory;
• Deliver all services following ITIL methodology for Service Creation, including the following:

o Standard Operating Procedures / Work Instructions;
15. Must of able to handle irate client and should be able to hold technical discussions and debates in the most professional way.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
