The payment will be distributed as the case progresses.Responsibilities Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional ethics and standards.Attend court hearings when needed.Take care of the client's case from beginning to end.Qualifications Trial Experience.American Bar Association Member.Passed Bar Exam.US Work Authorization.Strong oral and written advocacy skills.Compensation $50,000 - $60,000 yearlyAbout The Golden Attorneys We are a local firm in Florida.
