Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Processor and Customer Service Professional to support our lending operations. This hybrid role combines administrative support for loan applications with responsive, high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities
Loan Processing:
- Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Collect and verify financial and personal information from applicants.
- Process applications quickly and thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Track loan files and maintain proper documentation.
Customer Service:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person (if applicable).
- Provide updates on application status and explain loan terms clearly.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build rapport and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Clean background check
· Valid Driver’s License
· No previous lending experience required
· Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 29 per week
