Barista - Early Morning Opener

Part-Time/Full-Time Barista

Confluence Coffee, LLC d/b/a BIGGBY COFFEE Store #764 is looking for part-time and full-time baristas - early morning baristas (5:30 am until 10:00 am / 12:00 pm) who are enthusiastic with positive attitudes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare food and beverages accurately
• Cash handling
• Connect with customers
• Complete daily maintenance tasks to ensure store cleanliness
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• No previous experience required

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
• A valid unrestricted driver's license and the ability to travel daily on store business
• Regular standing, reaching, stooping and walking
• Exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently
• Must comply with the franchise appearance & uniform policy
