Barista - Early Morning Baristas

BIGGBY COFFEE - 2360 E Mason Street, Green Bay - is looking to bring 3 opening baristas on to our crew! This position offers flexible schedules and would be ideal for those who are looking to pick up a few hours doing something fun!

At BIGGBY COFFEE, we exist to love people, and live by this moto daily! A day in the life of a BIGGBY barista includes interacting and getting to know our customers, making great coffee drinks, completing daily and weekly maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness of the store, and helping the crew where needed. No experience is required!

Job Summary:
We are seeking Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to company recipes
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
- Assist in food preparation as needed
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Upsell products to increase sales

Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Regular standing, reaching, stooping, and walking
- Ability to work in a team environment and assist with other assigned duties
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude with co-workers and customers
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
