Duties

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Handle filing, document proofreading, and general office organization to keep workflows seamless
- Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and executives
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed
- Support office management tasks including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or personal assistant is highly desirable
