What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Bigfoot Properties LLC.?

Reliable maintenance for apartments in Burlington and West Burlington. IA. Applicant must be experienced in basic plumbing, basic electrical, interior painting, minor heating, and in addition to lock changing, and customer service. Applicant must live within 20 minutes of Burlington and have a clean criminal background. A valid driver's license is essential. Applicant must have their own hand tools and be able to troubleshoot a wide variety of maintenance issues. Previous experience with carpentry and appliance repair is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience level:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Painting: 3 years (Required)
  • Plumbing: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
