Construction Project Manager
Established and growing construction company seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial projects from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage crews, scheduling, materials, and customer communication efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day project operations
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and scheduling
- Order and track materials
- Maintain communication with customers and team members
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Perform site visits and quality control checks
- Help problem solve and keep projects moving efficiently
- Maintain professionalism and leadership on job sites
Qualifications
- Construction management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, or project software is a plus
