We’re looking for an Accounting Specialist – Coin Room & Route Settlement to take ownership of one of the most detail-critical areas of our business. This role is all about consistency, accountability, and trust—ensuring every dollar is accounted for and every process runs exactly as it should.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role is split across three key areas, with a strong focus on coin room operations:
Coin Room Operations (Primary Focus)
- Count, balance, and secure daily cash and coin activity
- Prepare accurate daily bank deposits and documentation
- Maintain proper currency levels and manage coin inventory
- Follow strict cash handling procedures and internal controls
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with urgency and precision
- Keep clear, organized records of all transactions
Route Settlement & Financial Support
- Review and reconcile daily route activity against system totals
- Identify and resolve variances across invoices and inventory
- Support inventory tracking and financial reporting
- Assist with commission processing and accounting support
Front Office Support (Backup Coverage)
- Step in to support front desk operations when needed
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist with basic coordination

What You Bring
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous cash handling experience
- Strong basic math and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Background in accounting, finance, or business
- Experience with Excel or accounting systems
Work Environment & Expectations
This is a Monday - Friday role working standard office hours. Primarily based in a controlled, process-driven workspace, including time spent in a dedicated coin room environment. You’ll be working with cash handling equipment, standard office tools, and detailed financial processes.
