Duties
- Conduct live breaking sessions, showcasing sports cards to viewers in real-time with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Organize, categorize, and display sports card collections efficiently using database systems and inventory software
- Manage order entry, data collection, and accurate record-keeping for all transactions and inventory movements
- Maintain detailed records of card batches, sales, and customer interactions through data entry and filing systems
- Utilize computer skills to update databases, generate reports, and track sales trends using tools like Microsoft Excel and pivot tables
- Assist with stock management by performing regular inventory counts and ensuring proper storage procedures are followed
- Support administrative tasks such as clerical data entry, filing documents, and coordinating shipments or deliveries
Skills
- Proficiency with databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry, typing, transcription, and order processing efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as filing, data collection, and inventory tracking
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, managing quantities, and verifying transactions accurately
- Previous office or clerical experience preferred to handle administrative duties effectively
