We currently have locations in Southfield, Royal Oak, Ann Arbor, and Plymouth. We are seeking a Line cook to add to our growing team!
Line Cook Job Description:
- Responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Cleaning up station
- Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks
Line Cook Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Driver’s License
