Responsibilities
- Safely operate front-load and roll-off trucks in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at residential, commercial, and construction sites
- Service front-load containers along designated routes
- Secure loads properly to prevent damage or spillage
- Maintain accurate route logs, inspection reports, and delivery paperwork
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, project managers, and customers
- Provide professional, courteous service while respecting homeowners and job sites
- Keep truck and equipment clean and well-maintained
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Complete routes efficiently and on schedule
- Assist with additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Class A or B preferred)
- Clean driving record
- Minimum 2 year of commercial driving experience preferred (roll-off or front-load experience is a plus)
- Ability to safely operate hydraulic equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience Preferred
