We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team. - Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
- Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing exceptional customer support
- Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff members
- Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing office supplies
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and excellent customer service
- Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clients and team members
- Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is highly desirable
- Knowledge of clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and calendar management
- Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required
