Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Expo (Food Expeditor) to join our team. The Expo ensures food leaving the kitchen meets quality standards, tickets are executed correctly, and plates are garnished properly before reaching guests. This role is critical to maintaining smooth flow during service and providing a great guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy before leaving the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to maintain smooth flow
- Organize and prioritize tickets during high-volume shifts
- Garnish and check final plate presentation
- Assist with side duties such as restocking the expo line
Qualifications
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Compensation: $14–$19/hr based on experience
