Duties
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff in food service management, including cash handling and guest service protocols.
- Utilize POS system for order processing and payment handling.
- Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership practices.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance guest experiences.
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role within the food industry.
- Familiarity with quick service & fast food environments as well as fine dining experiences is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to train staff effectively in soft skills (guest interaction).
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including shift management and team dynamics.
- Be able to open and close the restaurant with all required checklists completed
- Responsible for Server, Bar and Host/Busser Cash outs after each shift
- Reconcile the safe when opening or closing the restaurant
- Fill out our End of Night spreadsheet accurately for all tipped employees and upload tips to their pay card
- Be able to bartend/serve when needed and memorize the recipes to all specialty cocktails
