Job Description
Under general supervision, guidance and direction, performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to the following: Proactively expand product and business knowledge by staying current on relevant industry and product information and providing exemplary, prompt customer service. Primary person to handle daily counter sales activities in addition to ordering inventory and monitoring stocking levels on those product lines that have been assigned.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational, multi tasking and computer skills. Strong customer service skills and safety minded work habits.
Additional Information
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch. A minimum of one Saturday a month from 8:00 to 12:00 noon is also required. Working after normal business hours may be required on an occasional basis.
OVERTIME:
Time worked in excess of eight hours per day or forty hours per week shall be paid at time-and-one-half of the employee’s hourly rate. All overtime must be approved by the employee’s supervisor in advance of being worked.
