Big Tree Little Preschool, a small, nature-focused preschool located in Vista (at Palomar Unitarian Universalist Fellowship), is looking for a fully qualified preschool teacher to join our amazing staff. We offer a warm, stimulating environment for our children and staff, with a strong focus on outdoor nature preschool and a philosophy inspired by Forest School programming.

Compensation & Perks:
- Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Work Location: In person, Vista, CA.
Minimum Requirements for the Preschool Teacher Role:
- Education: 12 required Early Childhood Education (ECE) units.
- Experience: Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Compliance: Ability to pass a background check.
- Attitude: Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for outdoor nature preschool and Forest School programming.
