We provide on-the-job training, use state-of-the-art digital testing equipment typically found only in high-end pool stores, and offer access to AI-powered maintenance apps to simplify your work. You’ll have 24/7 messaging access to the owner, with in-person support during onboarding to build your confidence in the role.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Test and balance water chemistry using easy-to-use digital meters
- Maintain clean, clear water and spotless surfaces for pool and hot tub
- Clean filters, operate robot vacuums, scrub manually as needed
- Refill water, wipe down covers, and keep outdoor areas tidy
- Sanitize and maintain the pool’s acrylic viewing window
- Work around guests in a courteous, professional manner
- Log visits and communicate via Slack
- Respond to occasional urgent issues (with training/support)
- Proactively report any other property concerns
Requirements:
- Candidates must be smartphone proficient and utilize a dependable, current smartphone for work-related tasks
- Live within 10 minutes of Twin Lakes, WI
- Visit the property at least 3 times per week, consistently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Reliable, proactive, and friendly
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for logging tasks
- Pool experience is a bonus, but not required—we’ll train you
