Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the golf course and services available.
- Manage tee times and ensure smooth flow of play on the course.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the pro shop or snack bar.
- Assist in organizing and managing events, such as tournaments or special gatherings.
- Provide guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, practice areas, and other facilities.
- Support food service operations by assisting with food preparation and serving when necessary.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, particularly in areas where children are present or during events.
- Engage in public speaking as needed for announcements or event coordination.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in events management to coordinate successful tournaments or gatherings.
