Sales Floor Associate
Location: Derby, KS
Schedule: Full-Time
We are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and customer focused Sales Associate to support day-to-day operations across several areas of the sales floor. This role is perfect for someone has hands on experience or strong familiarity with woodworking tools, hand tools, power tools, precision tools and related accessories.
The ideal candidate is eager to assist customers, help assist with freight, and supporting basic facility needs.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers with tool selection and product questions
- Cashier support
- Helping with tool and equipment sales
- Assisting with stocking, organizing, and merchandising
- Helping maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who is dependable and self-motivated
- Helping customers find the right tools for their projects-whether they're professionals or DIY enthusiasts
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of tools, including specialty tools
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
