What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roadside Service Technician position at Big Toe Towing And Recovery LLC?
We are looking for quality individuals to join our team as Emergency Roadside Technicians in the Roanoke VA area. You will be representing AAA, the largest and most highly regarded Auto Club in the country. Our service technicians provide outstanding service and a safe experience for AAA members in and around the area. Big Toe Towing & Recovery Roadside is a "light service"( first response) contractor for AAA. Our job is to provide stranded AAA members with emergency roadside services that include tire changes, lockouts, fuel deliveries, battery jump starts and battery sales. Battery testing, battery sales, on site battery installation is a significant part of our services. A general knowledge and/or experience in the field of auto mechanics and customer service skills are needed.

- Applicants must provide a clean MVR
- All techs are employees and receive a W2. We do not hire subcontractors or accept 1099 services.
- Applicants must be able to pass a background check and random drug testing
- Our office is located in the heart of Bedford @221 W. Washington St. Applicants should live within reasonable driving distance of the office.
- This is a roadside service position. We provide service for AAA motorists in all types of weather conditions. Applicants shoud have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and be able to work well on their own.
