Position: Restaurant Manager

What We Offer:

• Starting Salary: $70,000 annually

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and elevate Front of House operations with a focus on service excellence
• Curate an exceptional guest experience, ensuring every visit is memorable
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and poise
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and shift execution with precision
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Partner with the General Manager on hiring, training, and team development
• Inspire and coach your team to exceed service and performance expectations
• Drive revenue, efficiency, and overall restaurant success

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant ($9M–$11M )
• A confident, hands-on leader with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and guest satisfaction
• Tequila knowledge or enthusiasm is a strong plus
