What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience
- Quarterly Bonus Program

What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality while supporting daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily Front of House operations
- Ensure every guest receives an outstanding dining experience
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Drive service standards and maintain a strong floor presence during peak business periods
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve operational and service excellence
- Manage and support restaurant shifts, ensuring smooth execution and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with all sanitation, safety, and company standards
- Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and hospitality
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership success in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts as business needs require
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Wine knowledge is a plus
