Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Crew Member working out of Pelham, AL. The Maintenance Crew Member will be responsible for performing a variety of lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and yard cleanup. Additional responsibilities include operating and maintaining maintenance equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and assisting with other general lawn and property maintenance duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with mowing, trimming, and other basic lawn maintenance tasks preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers and trimmers
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate to heavy loads
- Understanding of workplace and job site safety practices
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in landscaping or maintenance is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
