Job Responsibilities
- Oversee production equipment maintenance and actively participate in production tasks, demonstrating expertise.
- Monitor the servicing and maintenance of all equipment, including motors, conveyors, and transmission systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and coach team members to implement changes.
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards through hands-on inspection and verification.
- Train new team members on safety procedures, job duties, and quality standards.
- Ensure team members have the necessary materials and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with department leaders to optimize operations and achieve production goals.
- Identify and address issues related to efficiency and quality.
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and advance their careers.
- Partner with department leaders to build a strong and capable team.
