We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool REPAIR Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a passion for pool repair. As a Pool REPAIR Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pool equipment is maintained for our clients. This role requires hands-on work with various tools and equipment, making mechanical knowledge essential.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose many types of maintenance issues, recommend maintenance options to customers, and complete repairs suggested.
- Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting for proper operation.
- Make required materials acquisition from supply houses
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on pool equipment using hand tools and power tools.
- Identify issues related to pool systems and recommend solutions or repairs as needed.
- Be able to communication with support when needed
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pool needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work with and train any helpers which may be assigned to work with you.
- Always maintain a professional attitude with customers, fellow employees and supervisors.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of pool repair experience.
- Residential Appliance Installers License (RAIL) required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks.
- Experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet service schedules.
