• Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
• Location:  Madison Healthcare Services,  Appleton Area Health Services, and Luther Haven
• Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings:  This position presents a unique opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience across multiple healthcare settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Long-Term Care (LTC), Outpatient Clinics, Hospital Inpatient, Assisted and Independent Living Facilities, and Home Health Services.

About the Community:

Madison

Madison is a small city located in southwestern Minnesota, United States. It serves as the county seat of Lac qui Parle County and is part of the larger "Prairie Country" region.  Lac qui Parle State Park is located near Madison, offering a great spot for outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, birdwatching, and camping.  Madison offers a rural lifestyle with an emphasis on community, outdoor activities, and agriculture. Its peaceful environment attracts those who prefer a slower pace of life in a close-knit, family-friendly setting.  

Appleton

The area also has several parks and recreational facilities, offering a relaxed and community-oriented environment.  Despite its small size, Montevideo maintains a close-knit community, offering a slower pace of life compared to larger urban areas.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Communication Sciences & Disorders graduate program. They must have, or be eligible for, licensing as a SLP in Minnesota. Candidates with CCC-SLP licensure are preferred; new grads are eligible to apply

Salary : $33 - $46
