Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant – 13 Week Contract
Location: Fertile and Ada, MN

We offer 13-week travel contracts and provide assistance to find housing, navigating licensure for each state, and being the liaison between you and the facility. Overview:
- Setting: LTC/SNF and OP
- Pay Package: Starting at $1200 per week, plus drive time and mileage
- Guarantee: 32 -hour weekly guarantee
- Schedule: Can be flexible Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
- Start Date: 11/24/2025
- Length: 8 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating rehabilitation of patients by providing treatment and plans developed in collaboration with occupational therapist
- Helping patients develop or regain physical or mental abilities allowing them to take part in everyday activities based on their unique circumstances
- Observing and monitoring the patient’s performance and progress
- Monitoring patient exercises and activities to provide encouragement and ensure they are performed correctly
- Authenticating, preparing, and submitting of documentation, ensuring confidentiality of all records, per HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an approved school of Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Valid state Occupational Therapy Assistant License or eligibility for licensure
- CPR Certification
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in skilled nursing and/or outpatient settings preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
