- Job Title: Staff Occupational Therapist
- Location: Vitality Living of Aitkin
- Position type: Full-time, benefited, .6-.8 FTE
- Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 24-32 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule. This is a great example of choosing your own schedule. Position could potentially lead to 40 hours a week. This position could have leadership being a site coordinator or clinic manager.
- Settings: This position will be working in SNF/LTC, Home Health, and ALF/IL. Ideal candidate would have an interest in working with Lymphedema patients. We are willing to train.

Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around. We have a physical therapist on staff who specializes in pain neuroscience, LSVT-BIG, and lymphedema certified therapists. We offer a strong continuum of care. Interested in advancement? Perfect! This position has an opportunity for being a site coordinator or clinic manager.
