Position Overview
- Location: Throughout Minnesota
- Setting: Varied
- Pay Package: Starting at $2000/week
- Guaranteed Hours: 40-hour weekly guarantee
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, Flexible Days (No weekends, holidays, or call)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Qualifications:
· Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree
· Valid state OT licensure (or currently in an OT educational program)
· CPR certification
· Valid driver’s license
· Must successfully pass a background check upon hire
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· New grads encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
· Providing supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or Therapy Aides as per state and federal laws and/or regulations
· Evaluate patients, review medical history, and identify functional and movement-related impairments.
· Develop and modify individualized treatment plans
· Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands-on techniques to support healing
· Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records
· Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations
· Perform administrative tasks including reports, communication, and documentation per HIPAA
