URGENTLY HIRING** Fleet Driver- Owner Operator

Big Star Transit LLC is looking to partner with local area operators to perform on the Uber Fleet Platform.

As a Fleet Driver- Owner Operator with Big Star Transit LLC on the Uber Platform, you will no longer have to chase fares and surges to make ends meet. Simply log into your Big Star Fleet Uber Program profile and start your guaranteed earnings for every hour in service transporting passengers safely and efficiently in a WAV vehicle. Standard Key Performance Incentives apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, efficient transportation to WAV, X, and XL riders.
• Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle
• Use GPS for best routes
• Follow traffic laws and Uber guidelines
• Report incidents as required

Requirements:

• Must be 23 or older with a valid Oregon or Washington driver’s license
• Clean driving and background record (3 years)
• Must be able to join the Uber Fleet network.
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment DOT drug screen and physical, plus complete two pre-contract certifications
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
• Prior small business or transportation experience preferred.
• Willing to travel to Hillsboro, Oregon daily.
• Wheelchair Securement Certification (or willing to obtain one).

What You Can Expect:

• $25.60-$32.50 per hour(with hourly performance incentives)
• Operate any hours of your choosing, 6:00 pm – 6:00am, Friday- Sunday
• Vehicle lease support options available through our vendor partner program (no credit check required)
• Remote onboarding, orientations, and certification guidance
• Bi-weekly payments ensure consistent cash flow
