What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool and Spa Technician position at Big Splash Pool and Spa?
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on pool and spa equipment and systems
- Test and balance water chemistry to ensure proper sanitation levels
- Clean and maintain pool and spa surfaces, including vacuuming and brushing
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool or spa equipment for any issues or malfunctions
- Install and replace filters as neended
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a pool/ spa technician or in a related field preferred but not required
- Able to carry 40lbs
-Ability to navigate difficult and varying terrain in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of pool/ spa maintenance techniques, including water chemistry and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable snow worthy vehicle
