- This is an exciting server position at our restaurant located inside the Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel. We are hiring for a part-time position.
Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring that all Hotel guests have the highest quality food and beverage dining experience possible.
Follows the brand standards from the beginning of the service cycle through the entire dining process.
Exhibits strong menu and beverage/wine knowledge, is professional and gracious while enhancing the dining experience through outstanding service skills.
Job Functions
•Exhibits strong menu, beverage and wine knowledge and makes recommendations to guests on various offerings.
•Ensures that the guest experience is pleasant in regard to atmosphere, service, pace of dining and quality of food and beverage products by adhering to the Hotel's brand standards.
•Consistently adheres to the uniform standards and always looks clean, neat and professional.
•Handles all opening and/or closing duties required to properly operate meal period. - Ensures that all stocking is done, the tables are properly set, and the dining room is clean and ready for service.
This is a tipped position.
