The Guest Service Host position is for someone who can work independently and loves meeting new people. This person should take pride in customer service and making every guest experience special and unique. We are open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. - 1 a.m. and will work with you on scheduling.
Job Summary:
- Provide excellent customer service to bring the excitement and thrill of winning to every guest. This would include: greeting and welcoming guests, providing personalized customer service, preparing and serving snacks & beverages.
- Working independently to maintain the operations of the store during each shift while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout all areas of the location.
- Engage and aid in guest participation of weekly and monthly promotions by encouraging guest to join in on the excitement.
- Ensure cleanliness throughout location, including kitchen, gaming areas, and restroom.
Job Requirements:
- Maintain a positive work environment for employees and guests.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Accurately count and handle money.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Must be 21 years of age.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
- Able to use a POS System.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.
- Flexible hours.
