Assembly Technician

Location: Manhattan, MT (In Person)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22 DOE
Schedule: M-F 6:30am to 3:00pm

Big Sky Precision Inc. focuses on high-quality, quick release fasteners for a variety of industries; Including the marine, automotive, and medical. While also owning our own product lines such as PinUltimate, Gold Plug, and Phender Pro.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable individual to join our assembly team. Responsible for building a variety of orders from start to finish; the ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and committed to maintaining quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout every stage of the assembly process. With the opportunity to cross train into other positions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and verify all required tooling/component parts for each order
- Assemble products according to job specifications and quality standards
- Inspect and package finished orders for shipment
- Maintain accurate job traveler documentation and order progress
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Mechanically/technically inclined
- Is adaptable and works well with others
- Can display basic math and computer skills
- Reliable transportation is a must if traveling to Manhattan.
- Able to stand for prolonged periods
- Lifting requirement: 40 lb.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
