The Facilities Service Representative is responsible for generating new business through direct sales and First Aid rentals for prospective and existing customers. Our customers are the most important part of this company. They are to be always treated with courtesy and respect.Management believes in the philosophy that customer satisfaction comes first, and employees are expected to ensure customer satisfaction with the implementation of our program.
This position is responsible for preparing and presenting proposals; correspondence with customers and vendors; ensuring the customers’ satisfaction with the implementation of our program and making the delivery of our items.
