Our Specialty Infusion Center in Gaylord, MI, delivers high-quality infusion therapies in a collaborative, patient-first setting, and we're looking for a pharmacist who takes pride in safe, precise, and compassionate care.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and dispense medications, including sterile compounded infusions, following physician orders and pharmacy protocols
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards
- Review medication profiles and support safe, effective infusion therapy
- Counsel patients on medications, side effects, and expectations
- Collaborate with nurses, prescribers, and technicians to support excellent patient outcomes
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support daily pharmacy operations
- Help keep the pharmacy organized, compliant, and running smoothly
- Participate in inspections, audits, education, and on-call coverage as scheduled
What We're Looking For
- BS Pharmacy, MS Pharmacy, or PharmD from an accredited program
- Active Michigan Pharmacist license (unrestricted)
- Controlled Substance license, as required
- Experience ins specialty, infusion, hospital, or community pharmacy
- Comfortable using EMRs and standard pharmacy technology
Nice to Have
- PharmD
- Sterile compounding or specialty pharmacy experience
- Familiarity with infusion therapies
