Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Provider Relations to lead growth efforts, strengthen provider partnerships, and expand our presence in the local healthcare community. This position will report directly to the VP& GM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead provider outreach, sales, and relationship management efforts
- Develop and execute strategies that drive referral growth and market expansion
- Build strong partnerships with physicians, clinicians, and community organizations
- Analyze market trends and performance data to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to set goals and track results
- Represent the company in the community and at industry events
- Ensure alignment with quality, compliance, and operational standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, or provider relations leadership experience
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
