Part Time Field Crew Member

Big Sky Balloons & Searchlights looking to hire a part time field crew member to provide advertising balloon/inflatable and searchlight services to our growing client list. • Someone who is physically capable of setting up and taking down balloons/inflatables.
• Someone who is mechanically inclined and able to solve problems.
• Someone who can be flexible with their schedule as business grows. Most set ups are during business hours weekdays, and most of our searchlight jobs are evenings and weekends.
• Someone who can take direction and learn on the job.
• Someone who shows up on time, prepared to create a great customer experience.
• Someone who Is respectful & accommodating to customers.
• Someone who is trainable.
• Someone who is trustworthy.
