Warehouse Associate / Retail Sales Associate

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help with warehouse operations and retail sales at our liquidation store. You’ll help unload and organize merchandise, prepare products for sale, and assist customers on the sales floor.

This is an active position with a mix of warehouse work and customer service. We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, stays organized, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and move merchandise safely throughout the warehouse and store.
• Sort, inspect, and organize liquidation, open-box, and returned products.
• Check merchandise for damage, missing parts, and overall condition.
• Label, price, and prepare products for the sales floor.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized product displays.
• Greet customers, answer product questions, and help them find merchandise.
• Assist with checkout and accurately handle transactions.
• Help customers load purchases into their vehicles.
• Track inventory and communicate product discrepancies.
• Keep work areas clean and follow safe lifting and material-handling practices.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Friendly attitude and clear communication skills.
• Comfortable switching between warehouse tasks and customer assistance.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting, labeling, and organizing products.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation; team lifting or equipment used for heavier items.
• Comfortable learning basic inventory software and a register/POS system.
• Warehouse, stocking, retail, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Experience with liquidation merchandise, tools, appliances, or general household products is a plus.

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
