What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Writer / Service Advisor - Heavy Duty Repair Shop position at Big River Repair LLC?
Big River Repair is hiring. We’re looking for a Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our team in Park Falls, Wisconsin.
This is a repair-shop service role, not a general office or administrative position. The right person should have some background in a repair, parts, trucking, diesel, automotive, equipment, fleet, agricultural, construction, or similar service environment.
Big River Repair is a heavy-duty truck, trailer, diesel, equipment, and mobile service shop. This position helps keep customers, technicians, parts, and jobs moving by documenting repair needs, helping coordinate service orders, communicating with customers, and following jobs through the shop.
