Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, slicers, and food processors.
- Follow food safety management protocols to maintain cleanliness, proper food handling, and sanitation standards throughout all stages of food preparation.
- Maintain a clean workstation by regularly cleaning utensils, surfaces, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards in production processes to prevent accidents or contamination during food handling.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a food service environment.
